Teaching at Gold Street Studios and workshops 2013 at Hill End Press

Bill has been invited down to the Gold Street Studios in Woodend Victoria to teach copperplate photogravure again.  The two workshops have been book out for November which is a really a  nice surprise with some of the students returning a second time.

Bill was trained by Dena Schukit of the Crown Point Press fame, long established printmaking in San Francisco.

Run by Ellie and Allan who are both very passionate about passing these vintage processes on and keeping the enthusiasm alive. They have a loyal following after many years of maintaining and establishing a very enriching environment.

To contact Bill on his photogravure workshops you can find him at info@hillendpress.com.au where next year he will be returning to teach the exquisite process in our beautiful studio that will house our presses for photogravure and letterpress, with underfloor heating, you won't be able to get us out of there, can't wait, that is currently being built as I type. Yay.

In between Bill is having a recreational of Brunswick Street,  Gertrude Street and Smith Street Fitzroy
Grace Cafe in Rose Street Fitzroy
Chocolate from the Spanish deli Fitzroy and the catalogue from Bill's show at Latrobe Regional Art Gallery
Street philosophy that Melbourne does so well
